No problem :)
It is uploaded: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3107011592

I did not really have one workshop ready. So I had to modify the one from my M6A1 (this tank is on the workshop btw). If there are any problem please tell me. I did not have much time to do this modifications and might not come back on it unless someone tells me there is a problem.

It would be nice if you did that, im sorry if i sounded a bit to criticizing, i was tired atm and in a bit grouchy mood

Hey, sorry for the delayed answer
This is quite old, i've done better one since but have not uploaded it. If you are interested i can upload it
Yes it could be done with only 2 clutches. Why did I do it with 3 at the time ? I don't know. It was more than 4 years ago.
has said before, since then I've made better ones with only 2 clutches, that i could upload if you want

also why is there a main clutch? isnt it possible to get the same function from just dissengaging both of the clutches?
Trubadur 29 Nov, 2023 @ 12:39pm
huh it doesent show up on the microcontroller thing in inventory

ok thanks!

You can put gearboxes between the engine and the first clutch to make it go faster
The Guy Who Ran 1 Jul, 2019 @ 4:36pm
nevermind on the last one but is there a way for it to go faster
The Guy Who Ran 1 Jul, 2019 @ 4:24pm
does it require it to be hooked up to an engine or can I jsut use a motor
MarcusAurele  [author] 2 Jun, 2019 @ 3:04am
*rps
when you are not moving the clutch is not engage so your rps climb up
MarcusAurele  [author] 2 Jun, 2019 @ 3:03am
When you are moving forward the clutch is engaged so your rpms drop to around 5

Im using a large diesel for each power train. Ive fixed the problem for the most part. Now I'm just trying to figure out why the engines drop to ~6 RPS when under load
MarcusAurele  [author] 2 Jun, 2019 @ 12:17am
what kind of engine do you use ?
Styloid Process 1 Jun, 2019 @ 8:15pm
Hello, Im having an issue with this microcontroller that when hooked up, pressing w/a/s/d causes the Engine RPS to go from max [~40] to around 3 and then the engine eventually dies.

I have made this choice because because the controls donc do directly to 1 or -1, and it takes quite a time. I could only have checked if the values are positive or negative but it also take time to drop to 0. So i choose to test if the value if positive or not and if it is going up or down
PS: I'm am not sure about thes values 0.90 and -0.90, i haven't checked but this values are between 1 and 0.90 idem for -
I hope i helped. If you need more help or if you haven't understood, ask me in friend it will be easier to discuss.

My microcontroller uses a combination of delta and the current value. the purpose of this is to know if you are still trying to turn/moving forward or if you have stopped pushing w/s/a/d. Because the values don't go over 1 or under -1 I had to put a test value which tell if value greater than 0.90 or less than -0.90 then still turning/moving forward.
So if your input are fixed number between -0.90 and 0.90 it wont work because the microcontroller detecte no evolutions.

Hey i wanna know something quick. I wanted to build Buttons for the Steering and Forward and Reverse input. Your Microcontroller just checks if the throttle input is a Value either +1 or -1 the same for Steering right? because it works but not really right. I can drive Forward, but not reverse and can steer to the left but not to the right... Could you help me out understanding your Microcontroller to find my Mistake?!

Maybe your engine isn't powerful enough, I created this microcontroller and tested it on a tank with a dual basic engine and a gearbox with a ratio of 1:3
I also tested it with large diesel engine and it work even better
MarcusAurele  [author] 28 Apr, 2019 @ 5:27am
well it works perfectly for me. Test your tank with dials outputing the number of the microcontroller to see if the problem is from the microcontroller. If everything works the main clutch should be at 1 or climbing up to it when your moving forward

hum weird. Let me check this tomorrow.
Utopian 27 Apr, 2019 @ 2:27pm
it goes about 20 meters and then locks up, am i missing something?
