I believe it works with (almost*) all mods.
(*I think I remember playing some mods that it didn't work on, but overhauled the decision tab)
OWB, R56, RoN,etc. should all work if memory serves. If it's not that is largely because the mod is old and is packaged in an old way that is largely no longer supported. It's no big deal as it's an easy fix that you can do yourself.
Go to whatever drive you have HoI4 ->Steam -> steamapps -> workshop-> content-> 394360->1722384426
Doing such will take you to this mods files. You will see a .zip file. use WinRAR (or what ever equivalent you use) select all the files inside and drag them out of the .zip and into the 1722384426 folder. The mod should work for you now.

I think it works with road to 56, because the decisions are not changed that much i think. it already allows other mods too

I'm having a strange issue. The mod in my playset says it's missing a descriptor file? Either this is an issue on my side or there is something wrong with the mod itself. Someone tell me how I can fix this. Thanks.

In my case, it removes the command point gain. Not exactly sure how it can affect that variable but I could confirm that it was caused by this mod.

Just curious, but does this work with Road to '56? And if not, what files would I need to edit to either make them compatible, or to edit Road to '56 specifically?

It works fine with the newest patch. You just need to unzip the file (XXXXX\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\1722384426) and change the descriptor.mod like this

Then you can enjoy your game
