OWB, R56, RoN,etc. should all work if memory serves. If it's not that is largely because the mod is old and is packaged in an old way that is largely no longer supported. It's no big deal as it's an easy fix that you can do yourself.
Go to whatever drive you have HoI4 ->Steam -> steamapps -> workshop-> content-> 394360->1722384426
Doing such will take you to this mods files. You will see a .zip file. use WinRAR (or what ever equivalent you use) select all the files inside and drag them out of the .zip and into the 1722384426 folder. The mod should work for you now.
tried that but apparently my computer can't open that file, says its incompatible.
