It's a custom hair style not available in any mods, and the eyes are part of the Ningen species which you can find in the workshop.

What do you mean? If you bundle all of these add-ons into one mod then half the items would cause issues because they don't actually exist within the game.

There's no way for a mod to 'ask' the game what items are available. These add-ons tell the Wardrobe what items it should show.
