Is the deluxe skin no longer in the game? I own the deluxe version, and was using the skin years ago, but now it no longer shows up.

When, and If I get back into NS2, I'll make some new skins, but as of now, I'm considerably bored of skinning. As for the mod not working, all you need to do is click "Subscribe", and make sure it is checked in the mods menu on the main menu of the game. I know that the mods/addons menu can be glitchy at times, so that may lead to the skin not working, but keep trying.
