They only conflict with custom survivors that has a first-person armaments, unless you've subscribed to multiple custom survivors then I suggest turning them off first.

Follow the guide in the link above to make it work with custom survivors.

I used the bare arm assets instead of the Professional's sleeves, if you wanted to have that as your own, check out Cheetah's Gloves w/ Sleeves right here.

Oh, those are flame particles that are used in a server that I was currently playing on. It's a particle for a "Flaming Sword" effect, which causes you to inflict both physical and fire damage to infected, thus burning them.

@tomato Those two knives at the last 3 pictures haven't been released yet, at least the Bayonet one. There's a Huntsman Fade in the workshop but it's using the default machete anims. I don't have plans on releasing the Bayonet one but the Huntsman will be released sooner.
