I think the army abilities idea is great. Other factions already have this mechanic in various places, it seems thematic for the Lizardmen as well.

I really think that Geomantic Web should provide some fun army abilities to local armies. As for the Blessed Units, they are generally fine. Some better, some worse, but instant recruitment makes them all situationally useful.

Hey, a nice little mod. Imo, apart from some sort of interactivity, this part of Lizardmen didn't really need more. +Factionwide Growth allows you to advance rapidly, +Relations allows all sort of nonsense, +Move range allows for rapid redeployment...great job!

...yeah, this is what Geo Web needed(maybe easier access to higher tiers of Web?). Now, about Blessed Spawnings, those need help. Because when you have a lot +Rank, they begin at 0, being flatout worse than their normal versions.

Updated for the Silence & the Fury
- increased factionwide growth on the alignment of crafting from 1/2/3/4/5 to 3/6/9/12/15
- added 5/10/15/20/25 movement range to all commandments (thanks for the suggestion @cybvep)

it's still working and won't need an update (nothing changed in the new DLC with regard to geomantic web :P) I likely will do an update at some point though.

Suggestion: add movement bonuses to local armies so the Lizardmen get more mobility on defense. They sure as hell need it considering that many factions in Lustria have the underway stance. Lizards shouldn't have any problems with traversing the jungle, yet they are the slowest faction there.
