Can you please do one for test chamber 12?

Minor complaints: The unstationary scaffold should wait for a few seconds when it reaches the ends of its track, like the platform in P1 did, but yours moves continuously. Also, I was able to jump directly from the scaffold to the upper ledge to get the cube , but I don't think that jump is supposed to be possible. At least, it wasn't possible in P1.
Regardless, your creation is amazing, especially for a remake, which I usually disdain. This test is artfully done. It affected me, made me think! Well done!

Wow. Now THAT'S the way to do a remake. It's Test 18, but it's not. Normally I criticize a lack of music, but here the silence is deafening and CREEPY. It symbolizes the complete lack of life anywhere in the facility--not even GLaDOS is around to mock the player. Is GLaDOS dead, I wonder? She who endlessly bragged to the player that she would live on for millions of years, while Chell would be dead within sixty and long forgotten?
This chamber is CHILLING! It realistically represents what might happen to Aperture if even GLaDOS is not around to provide minimal maintenance. The floors look so dilapidated and have so many holes that one almost fears falling through them! One of the turrets is inexplicably knocked over--nice touch!

Textures are good now. I got to the elevator but nothing happened. Am I done?

Destroying the turrets with the energy particle is extremely tedious.

i expected it to be overgrown but love the remake

That was fun, it was really nice to revisit this old level. (I still get a single texture error on just the energy ball.) Thanks for creating!

Yep, looks good now. If I wasn't clear before, I enjoyed this much more than the original in P1.

No texture errors in my playthru. Excellent remake and I actually liked it better than original. Something about the decayed chambers is very calming for me.

Okay, Chamber has been updated thanks to your tutorial. I appartently used the wrong dirctory before, using steamapps/common/Portal 2 instead of steamapps/common/Portal 2/portal2. Thanks for your help if this works! :p2orange:

I didn't use Bee2 elements, rather downloaded from the source made by Skotty (https://forums.thinking.withportals.com/community-releases/working-energy-balls-clean-models-instances-t3916.html) I tried to use something called VIDE (which I hear works like PakRat but better) but apparently that didn't work. Do any of you know how to work VIDE or have a tutorial? Because I really want this working.

When you use bee2 elements in hammer, you have to pack them in the bsp file before publishing. Same with the energy ball.

texture errors. for me unplayable.

For me, riddled with texture errors https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1713330492 None interfered with gameplay so far as I could tell. I did get stuck under the pile of turrets that fell out of the dropper, couldn't move and had to noclip out from under them. Otherwise, a nice remake even if I hated the original in P1.
