it should have no extra damage or backstab time but you can only disguise as sniper and if an enemy pyro gets you it can be a flaming arrow dealing burn damage for a hit

Why would you need +40% damage on a backstab? It's an instakill. I'd give it an affect where if the person killed by it is weilding a Huntsman, you gain either movement speed or cloak.
