It is not offical releases. It's just my personal builds of the mods.
I would really like to see it updated.

After initial warmup and opening it should remain open and lit.
At least it did so previously.
Recreational update broke something it seems.
Also tried moving it to different, warmer and colder, rooms, same behavior.
Tried for a longer period.
Still opens and closes even for several cycles.
Plopped it down in the basic plant pot, plant started heating up and then opened and lit up.
So far so good, but after a few moments it went dark and closed, then few moments later it opened and lit up, and so on and so forth.
Did update broke its behaviour?
Because in LU (and previously) it didn't behave like this.
BTW, I have bunch of mods installed along this one.
Can it be some sort of mod conflict?
Previously Fervine played well with other mods, but who knows who did what to their mod while updating.
For all others: I got it working with the direct download mod files and creating a /local directory in the mods folder.
