that said, if you have multiple slope blocks in a row side by side- specifically with each slop block connecting to the surrounding slopes and slope corners- it'll show the sides of the slops that are not connected to the transparent block you're looking through.
you can see just fine through the slope block that is touching a transparent block, but it only works for that specific transparent block. (it's hard to describe but I hope this helps in getting this mod patched.)
No. this is non-functional block.
@MistLynx
Not planned. This mode uses SE's face optimization algorithm. I'll try, but I can't guarantee it.
This block is more suitable for viewing the outside through the armor than stealth.
ex: armoured cockpit room.
@KarlWollermanGaming
That blocks themselves are transparent glass cubes.
But they make neighboring armor side to transparent.
"How to" is description of this effect.
Sadly this is not work with some half faces.
I added edgeless version.
Thank you for your feedback.
Sorry. I can't make a version armor block style edged windows without the block removal.
The edge system always combines with the armor face culling system.
However, if there is no edge, I guess it will be possible.
Maybe it's what you are looking for.

Thanks for the fast answer!
Fortunately I've already subscribed and intend to use the crap out of this! lol
1) They are weaker than Armor Block.
2) It's a bit complicated.
Adjacent armor surfaces must be completely covered with glass face to apply transparent effect.
ex:
- The square face must be covered with square glass. The triangular glass surface can not cover the square face complety.
- Square glass surfaces can cover square armor surfaces or triangular armor surfaces.
- Some half faces and all of rounded faces are does not applied. they are exceptions by armor-face-optimization system from Space Engineers.
2) Do all faces share this effect? (i assume yes)
True, as I understand it, transparent blocks are all that will be connected to this grid. (if you look from the inside)
