The hacker is a person who is very evil in nature and wishes the worst upon the world so he basically goes on a suicide mission that will kill him and billions of other people as well.
A little logical Issue I have with this is already the fact that the hacker is able to broadcast it after knowing what he is going to speak about
I am not against the idea of the scenario, but it could use a bit more polish as we know that even the documents about the "little king" are basically altered to the point that everyone can read them safely but even vaguely mentioning its true name or thinking of it will result in death.
