Someone's an arsehole, I can say what I want on here and no point being a slave for something authoritarian like you are.

@Isaacdevil can you stop being such a spastic monkey? You can yell fuck the law all you want, you won't be the one that gets the message from a court to appear on the account of IP theft.

@EnDoh420 I'd check up with them VERY QUICKLY because your "creative" interpretation of collection can still end you up with a DMCA. This is NOT a collection, this is a modpack. A Workshop Collection is what I showed you, and nothing else. Calling it "Collection" does not magically make it legal or a collection.

@Mickyleitor FFAA Removed.
@The Nightstalk3r Permission's were for including this into my mod pack which
i have named Zenithovmen Exile Mod collection as it's a collection of mod's.
Isaac 28 May, 2019 @ 6:29pm
Fuck off Micky, he isn't "stealing" your mod. All he done is simply reupload it into a pack so its easier to join a server, not to call it his own mod so no need for the censorship.
Isaac 28 May, 2019 @ 6:28pm
Fuck the law. Definitions in law tend to twist words and definitions like how they call authorities stealing people's stuff seizure to make it legal for example.
TheNightstalk3r 28 May, 2019 @ 6:21pm
and @EDoh420 on the topic of these permissions, were they for "including this into our modpack" or for "including this in a workshop collection"?

Because this is not a Workshop Collection. This is: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=843770737

@Isaacdevil you're gonna need to read up on Intellectual Property, including the Steam EULA. On the IP part, it IS real property. IP holders can and will move to legal actions (such as DMCA takedown requests, or just going to court as happened with someone filing a false DMCA on RHS earlier this year). Secondly, the Steam EULA, which everyone has agreed to and is repeatedly asked to agree with, forbids the uploading of content that you do not hold the IP right too. See Steam EULA/Subscriber Agreement section 6D.

On the unbelievably disrespectful (and dumb) part of "Why make it public if you don't want it copied", so we good to copy everything you've ever worked for and claim it as our approved "modpack"?

Hi,
We are the authors of part of the content (FFAA MOD) you uploaded in this Steam Workshop Article. You should know that uploading content to SW without explicit permission by the creators content is strictly forbidden according to Steam Workshop EULA (moreover if we aren't currently allowing it). Please, take down our content (ffaa_*) (Instead, make this article dependable from the official one) or we will fill a DMCA in order to protect our IP rights.

It was actually directed towards you @EnDoh420. How'd you manage to get an EBM license?
EnDoh420  [author] 24 May, 2019 @ 11:00pm
If you lad's want to have a conversation about this can you PM each other please.
Isaac 24 May, 2019 @ 6:34pm
Never heard of lawsuits on people doing their own thing with intellectual property instead of attempting to claim it as their own? That's an example of how copyright is abused, and intellectual property isn't real property regardless of what you think.
Tich 23 May, 2019 @ 4:26pm
@Isaacdevil Okay, you must be a kid or troll. If you are not, than try googling it, because it is exactly theft. You are talking about Youtube videos with censorship. Stealing code, has nothing to do with fair use. You'd be stupid to think that, that using someone else's work without their permission isn't theft. How do you think patents work? Guess what, patents are public. Yet you cannot use them.
Isaac 23 May, 2019 @ 4:07pm
Intellectual property isn't real property since its data in hard drives in this case, that's why its not stealing. Also, censoring intellectual property usually is censorship and tends to be abused by going past "stealing"
Tich 22 May, 2019 @ 10:50pm
@Isaacdevil What is copyright censorship exactly? It's not stopping any speech, it would appear to be stopping stealing. That's not how copyright works. If you make your art like mickey mouse public for everyone to see, that doesn't mean people can republish it because it's public. You make it public for people to use it and enjoy it, not redistribute it.

I don't agree that "Copyright Censorship" is more wrong than stealing someones work and reusing it(without permission that is).
Isaac 20 May, 2019 @ 7:16pm
All good EnDoh and he understands that, its just that copyright censorship is wrong. If you don't want something to be copied, why make it public in the first place?
Tich 20 May, 2019 @ 9:56am
@EnDoh420 You gotta be careful when mass uploading mods though. If you have individual permission from each owner, or their license no sweat, carry on. But copyright isn't a joke. It's someones work that has taken most likely 100's of hours. I didn't know EBM gave it.

Also the APL-SA says you must use the same license for your mod, however you wouldn't have the rights to license the rest of the mods under that, so it's a conflict.

Worth pointing out. Just be wary.

Yeah he is a D head reporting people for nothing. Thank's for the head's up.
