Sadly I do not intend to do a new submod including the Werhmacht. I had an idea to do the same mod but with a nation from WWII, but i can't do this, Escalation '84 already take a lot of time to work on.
I understand that the idea look cool but I simply don't have time to work on it...
Since you have already gone with an (obviously) alt history scenario perhaps the Nazis did actually manage to finish Project Riese and in doing so managed to actually complete Die Glocke allowing them access to another world, though elements of the Wehrmacht maybe find out about it and see it as a way to escape the war and save what is left of the dying nation, perhaps taking a large contingent of remaining troops and civilians and using the device to flee?
Just a suggestion anyhow, looking forward to the release of the mod once more, though I'm curious when that will be?

1 Very unlikely, but i will change thing in future update to make life easier for the european. Im aware of their situation.
2 Nope, already asked, but can't really make one european nation be more represented than the others, but i understand, but more like european extremist working together to build back their past empire.
as for the American flag, I don't intend to change it. You can get the original US flag back by going democratic!

I made one myself. I'm gonna make a version where they all start with agrarian society and need a national focus to upgrade, but that's for later.
And again you can't really produce much more than 1 of each because of the lack of factories, so it's pretty straightforward either way. Infantry equipment, support equipment, artillery, motorized, fighter, CAS. Mechanized and light tank if you're lucky.
I tried to make a balance between Balance and realism. 10 years reconstruction wouldn't have been fun. and having all tech at the beginning wouldn't be interesting, it would be pretty straight forward, 1 tank , 1 infantry equipement, 1 fighter plane...
I agree for the Doctrine, but i prefer leaving the choice for the player, they got a big bonus with the doctrines.
More balance will come in the futur for this, especially when i will had more national focus for the locals... it will help with the factory problem, especially when playing a democracy.
Is the submod 100% compatible with this mod? And really even with the focus tree it takes them years to recover what they already had. It doesn't make sense to start working on old equipment first either, why not start researching how to make FAL and Leopard 2 with those metals right away? And their land, naval and air doctrine also should start out as being at least half researched, since they brought so many generals which are clearly familiar with it.
I think it will be a good way to compensate for low manpower and production.
And yea, the bonus surely helps a lot, but you don't have enough military factories to assign at least one to each equipment type, and you have literally no resources so you have to spend all of your civilian factories to buy them.

There is a submod where everyone start with Medieval weapons, "all early age tech start" i think.
They have a lot of blueprint (represented by the bonus they get in their national focus) but need to research a way to build it with particular metal/ressource on this world.
You don't have much factory at the beginning, that's why i gave them good bonus in production. You won't expand very much being a democracy (for now) but extremist ideology will have more focus to let them expand.

Would be really great if you could make a version where all ponies start out with only swords, while Humans have most of the tech tree researched already (surely they would bring at least the majority of the blueprints they had?).
well, tbh, i don't really know, the best thing to do is to try. What is this submod you are talking about?
@Gunter Trying yourself at modding eh? I will ask you how do you try your sub-submod. I had the same problem and the solution is to upload your mod on the workshop, normally when you do that and launch, it should work.
Advice: have 2 version of your mod on the workshop, 1 for devellopement (that you will hide) and 1 for official release, like this page.
For further information the submodding room on the EAW server is your best friend.
