Hello! As somewho of you knows, I'm not only modder but streamer too. Now I'm playing for all free time, but have ideas about mod fixes for future. Sor example, I may to duplicate main archives (Gb+) to external resource - that is way to solute problem for sure. Sorry about stay out so long - I was busy for upgrade my PC.

@Spud Dastardly of course I do, but later. I added it especially for Human race, should be not so good to loose it. In addition, the development took a lot of time and effort - a pity for the labor invested. I thought I mistaked while rebuild installer with relative paths at replace for absolute ones (that version worked on my PC only).

@Spud Dastardly don't search for Earth texture yet. Now streaming other games & also going to learn Facerig animations. Do you interest with this new feature?

It's a visual change only, so not a must by any means. Some people have errors with invalid textures with this. To uninstall it, you'd need to verify your local game files, which would also uninstall UCP. Works fine for me though, and the textures are nice.

OK guys seeing that there is a "bit" of effort required to install this patch I have the following question: Is this a "MUST installation" or a "nice to have"? And are there any negative consequences?

Checked all biomes in my version of the mod. Earth displays wrong, others is properly.

Num7 as I know, Spud doesn't add new biomes yet, just reskin existing, I hope he'll do it later.

Will these new planet types appear at galaxy generation? I tried a few times but didn't find any of these new planets. Maybe I did something wrong.

I've tested most of the biomes. They all seem to work fine. Not sure what the issue is. Did you run the installer as an administrator?

@George I think the language issue is going to prevent us from collaborating to troubleshoot this bug. Your suggestion to reload as a workaround is very similar to my description of the actions already taken and described in my first message.
I've done some minor troubleshooting of bugs/issues on other mods, but I believe that this bug is beyond my ability to troubleshoot due to the nature of your mod and the way it adds textures. I simply don't understand all the things your mod does.
It's up to you to decide how much troubleshooting you plan to do, and none at all is certainly a valid option given the information I can provide.

nameistoad Have one more solution to you. I make save after turn when planet just transformed then reload it. Usually this helps sometime, for example, after creation new planets from asteroids or tranform new kind of randomly generated landscapes.

nameistoad First. Tell me, step-by-step, your mods' install actions. & make screenshots for this time, of course. Second. Do you have a problem just with mountainous landscapes or some others? How many landscapes you tested to so far?

@George I'm pretty sure the Alkari use the Mountainous uber planet, and the two planets that had problems in that game were both mountainous.
One planet was showing the grey & black "invalid texture" texture that I see when I play the Elerians and research the ship classes that Spud added in 5x.
The other bugged planet was not available to be clicked on, and had no texture at all. The star system name was in the Alkari yellow, but there wasn't a dot above the name and there were no planets visibly in orbit. There was a fleet in orbit around an invisible planet, but I couldn't move my fleet to attack them because I couldn't interact with the invisible planet.
I wish I'd taken a screen shot, but I didn't think about it until I'd already decided to reboot the computer to see if that would solve the problem.

nameistoad interesting... Possible some bugs occured in Resource Manager, or UABE SFX installer. Should wait other testing report before try to rebuild mod. I remember what similar problem presents in BW during changing abandoned content in archives. Anyway, thanks for info.

I had some trouble today I think is related to this mod. When I got to Altair to conquer it, instead of having a proper skin it had the invalid texture skin like the Elerian Gunship/Dreadnaught has when you research it. Also, another world the Alkari owned (a massive world they had terraformed to mountainous) had no texture, and I couldn't click on it.
I thought I'd reload, so I exited the game as usual. The game failed to load properly, giving me the ui with an otherwise black screen.
I used the Steam function to verify the files, reinstalled ucp and the custom 5x/dsmp images, but left out the resource pack and unsubscribed from this mod and the resource pack. The same save game reloaded with the two planets having the correct textures and I played a couple more turns before coming here to report.
I don't know for certain, but this may also explain other attempts to reload from save games that failed in similar manner.

I don't subscribed this mod (because prefer my own balance in TTR), but will wait for screenshots/video with impatience.
