Glad to hear you're working on the 5-lane. That one'll really help out! I'll check the subreddit.
What do you mean by one-way national road? I guess you could use the regular one-way highways, no?
I'm currently at a roadblock when it comes to adding more interchanges to the collection. Reason: I need two additional road-assets that are missing (in my opinion off course) from your collection. These are:
* An 'asymmetrical 5-lane (2+3) National Road'. (among others for the Parclo A4, B4, AB4 interchanges)
* A '3-Lane one-way National Road'. For the Diverging Diamond interchange and possible interchanges with roundabouts (allthough they are rarely used in North America)
No highway collection is as complete as yours in my opinion. Having these two road assets would make it a perfect collection! I therefore really hope you'll add them to the collection!
Let me know your thoughts about this.
I will release a new set of national roads at some point that will have streetlights, too.
For sure, you can use 'USRP' in the name if it's for interchanges
The LOD of the nodes of the new highways is sometimes a bit werid:
For comparison I've also added a vanilla highway

It is actually pretty common at major intersections/roads in town in particular and on some busier side streets but not on highways hardly at all.
This is 2 minutes from my house in front of a gas station that gets alot of interstate traffic including big rigs.

Along this road they are all over the place for several miles in each direction but the residential areas to either side there are almost none. To the left there ends up being alot of commercial where there are quite a few as well but then as you get off of to even the commercial side streets and more downtown areas it is only really used at major intersections.
Side-note: You can see a merge arrow there too on the right hand side FYI :P
I also recall only a few intersections from my trips to the US that have this combination.
I am not sure of anyhere that does this but given that these are American Roads and not every single arrow on every single road in America does that I wouldn't that for American roads.

As for the clean highways: I haven't found a way to make asymmetrical nodes work yet, so that's the reason why. If I do, I'll change that of course.

However, I have a HUGE request..... Ok, not that huge but there is one major arrow decal missing from an American road pack :P A Merging arrow, I sort of found some decent road signs but everywhere here uses the merge arrow.
Not sure if possible but perhaps we could have some kind of decal with darker parts? As most of the wear decals on the workshop are rather bright.
@NOiZE Yeah that's because the bright "wear" is the actual road color, the other parts are just darker. I'm working on some actual realistic Interstate highways (asymmetrical shoulders) that will just have the plain road color. So you can go nuts detailing them ;)
Sometimes its a bit hard to detail the nodes as their color is off. It seems that choosing a darker theme for the road structure helps (using thememixer 2). but i like a bit lighter textures in general. Perhaps somebody has some idea's how to approach?
@evilomega Those are still the old roads. The new versions will be uploaded separately.
So i d'ont know if it's part of the rework but the roads (except the new highway) don't have models for elevated, bridge, and tunnel. https://imgur.com/eAQXFYC
As I said before, I have lots and lots of roads planned, many of which are listed in the subreddit. You can message me there if you like.
I would like to keep this comment section right here for discussion about this collection, i.e. the assets posted. The new stuff will need time as I'm doing this in my free time and alone.
Cheers
