It's done.
@FlaccidSnake
I had this issue myself. I solved it by putting this mod at the top of my load order.
@Murthor Oathstone
It is possible for me to do this, but I do not desire to do it. It's an amount of work for an idea I am not very inspired by. Still, I might one day, if I have absolutely nothing else to do.
It should. You might want to use Kaedrin's Mod Manager for that one since outdated mods are having a hard time on CA's launchers.
Yes.
Ah sorry to hear that. There is some mod somewhere that is causing your issue, but I cannot be more specific. This mod is very touchy for compatibility for some reason.
I will do Red Eyed Skaven for Uniforms & Heraldry after the Skaven DLC comes out, after which time presumably both Dryrain and Gigiauz will tweak their respective mods and I will do the same off of their work.
and i really hope you are doing the same treatment for your skaven red eyes mod ;-) ;-) ;-)
thank you again, outstanding work, i am impressed, sincerly c. bingerus
Thanks man, that's what I was going for! I love old school Warhammer artwork so much.
@aeON
Yeah it could be anything. I had an issue with this mod where the torsos were washed out, and the actual armor was a textureless white. It was some left-over video effect kind of mod that was the culprit.
@ihKu47
Yep! The greenest vanilla texture has got to be Forest Goblins. Kinda hard to tell what's changed with the short little bastards.
Thank you for indulging my curiosity! The colors did seem to persist even though I removed all Greenskins reskins I was using. I've now removed all mod folders and I'm the process of reinstalling all my mods, I'll let you know if anything has changed. If there's no comment then likely the greennes was a vanilla coloring.
EDIT: Indeed, nothing changed, as I believe the facial coloring was just me trying to interpret the color of a poorly seen face. With the hands, it seems like this one Goblin hand variant that the Big Bosses tend to use is greener than the average Goblin's skin, as green as their skin is in your mod. On other hand variants this issue never existed.
Another Warhammer mystery solved! :)
I do not, just individual Dryrain mods but none for the greenskins. I'll re-subscribe one by one to find out the culprit
Might wanna try all of them. I didn't solve my problems until I deleted everything.
That is possible, but unlikely. The vanilla Goblin units are already decently green, especially the hero and lord units. Orcs were the ones who changed the most with this mod.
Could be it's something that's in the vanilla game and I only noticed when the rest of the army changed colours but since you mentioned a lingering effect I thought I'd ask :)
Do you have one of Dryrain's compilations turned on? I know for myself I tested this mod many times and had some display errors until I wiped out my entire mod folder, because of some ghost mods that weren't properly deleted when I unsubscribed.
Thanks man!
