Most certainly it is still relevant. I use SRTS and needed to get a pawn with a shattered spine back to my colony but I couldn't cause he was downed.

Seconding an update if you have time, definitely still relevant. :)

(And hopefully works with SRTS since they use the transport pod mechanics?)

well cause on the change notes for whats added you can transport down pawns but i don't think it works the way like your mod does

@pgames-food I guess I was thinking about caravan, since you can already do that with caravan. I forget that doesn't work for pods... since I always put them in a cryptosleep casket/bio reactor and use MinifyEverything mod uninstall them and bring them back as a cheat. xD (MinifyEverything makes everything uninstalled becomes 1 kg and you can even uninstall casket with pawns inside lmao.)

it can also be used if you get raided on a map, and one of the raiders is downed, but you want to bring them back to base to try for them to join you, but you have to be able to bring them back first

@Mistletoe The Bard ... I updated the original 0.17 mod at the request of someone on the Ludeon forums. As for usage, you could take supplies to return via pods or if you were to use caravan when leaving and take supplies for returning via pods. Most probably don't care about this mod but the few that do really do, it can be hard to leave behind a pawn, especially if you've grown attached to them :)

I mean why will we want to transport a down pawn in most cases? The only reason I can think of is like. If I have a caravan out there and some pawns are down while the others gathers enough resources to build a pod to send him back... something like that? Any other usage for this? I am just curious.

Ty for this mod, I just found it. Early today when I was playing my current colony, an allies trade caravan departed. A few hours later, I noticed one of them downed near the hospital. Rescued the 78yr old frail nicotine addict in withdrawal with a bad back and a major artery blockage. To my dismay, could not launch him home since he was incapacitated. Truth be told, I ordered a surrogate heart to be installed, painkillers and methadone, then finally a bionic spine. Grandpa Graveyard finally arose and left without his gun or a thank you. 9/10. Now will launch Grandpa home unconscious next time, assuming this works with npc faction pawns? If not, I'll have Grandpa read ol' yeller next time.

Exactly what I needed. I have Death Rattle Coma installed and my pawn has a coma and I can't even haul him in a caravan.
