agreed, Stock + DLC now replaces much of network extensions 2, so for the sake of stability I've been disabling large parts of NE2 which now breaks this pretty great asset...

Sorry, been away from steam & this game a long time.
But I have tracked down the probable cause of your problem.
There is a mod dependency which I hadn't realised at the time of creation.
Downloading Network Extensions 2 should solve your problem. Sorry to those affected. It will only connect to a two lane road btw.

Broken asset, how to fix it?

This asset is broken in my game too. Double-checked that I'd subscribed to all associated assets. Something about missing net info (or similar)

Thanks for the compliment. Though I think the talent lies elsewhere, with the creators of original content. I've mostly played around with their creations to create something different.
More the virtue of patience I require. As the in game editor is very slow & cumbersome.

Easiest way to show your appreciation is simply to click the thumbs up.
More importantly, that helps other users find good assets much easier.

Will work fine without the extra props. They're just for added flavour & identity.
