Aragath created it, a keen employee since 2014-2015ish. He implemented/ made most of the new encounter in the game cause he's a SE level designer.

You can find it in the "Prefabs" folder (..Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content\Data\Prefabs) of your game under the name "Red02" , not "Cursor" . So maybe it was added by KeenSWH in the game under the name "Red02" . Note that i don't know who is the original creator of this ship . I'm only creating blueprints of ships added as vanilla ships in the game and shareing them here , in this collection .
