If our merchant fleet is told to dump cargo, it's not a problem because it's not a hassle.
I don't trade any illegal wares and kept getting the "we found a lockbox" ping, then when I checked there were ~20 green lockboxes outside various stations, my trade station traders had been dropping their whole inventory on inspection
It is possible that other mods touch the same files before this one and the XML patch fails afterwards. Are you using any other mods?
somewhat related, there's a rare bug where police will get aggressive even though player ships don't have anything illegal. egosoft is still figuring out how to reproduce it, theory is that it's because ships jump through the gate before police scan is done. would you know if this mod helps with that? i assume not since it removes illegal cargo found variable, and not the eligible ship found one, but thought i'd check
this addresses illegal wares, and doesn't cover illegal inventory items?
does this include all player owned ships, or just player piloted?
