It works when I chose 0.2, or 0.1.
2.5 also works. But 3.5 or 5 won't. Any help?
(no, the problem is not because my PC can't handle it)
KMM flags these tw amazing mods as incompatible! :(

Sounds like steam didn't update your mod file correctly.
Try un-subbing and deleting the sm0_delete.pack from your Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER II\data, incase it's still there and then re-subscribe to the mod.
As per the mod description:
"The adjustment range is between 0.1x and whatever your pc is capable of. Obviously a battle between only a few units is way less taxing and allows for higher game speed than a huge battle with multiple armies. Entering a game speed your pc can't cope with might cause the game to actually slow down and/or your framerates to completely tank. So don't overdo it!"
If any of the vanilla speed control buttons are clicked while the game is running at a custom speed, they will glitch, rendering the player unable to make any changes to the speed, and units stop responding to orders.
Works on legendary difficulty.
So idk if you where trying to down me because you thought I was trying to be rude but no I was not was mainly asking questions and seeing if this was the intended purpose (Unmmoddable otherwise) That is all.
And I'd assume that you are a very tiny minority in using the mod to make the battles run faster, but still not extremely fast. I'd assume most people use it either to slow down combat (I do), or to end an already decided battle as quickly as possible.
Though for me it works properly between x1 and x10 and everything above stays at that speed until x49. That's unfortunately something I can't change. I just build a UI around the "bm:modify_battle_speed(number)" method.
I still suspect the game trys to lower the battle speed to a level where the game's fps won't drop too hard. But don't ask me why the behavior changes at x50...
