Hi, Thanks a lot Novadose. I just added this mod in the Virulent Tweaks set. It has fundamentally changed how I play DayZ now.

Took me a while to find the cause, since it was everything but obvious, but I could nail it down to VanillaStringTableOverride. I have no idea what it is about that mod that affects the first aid kit, but the first aid kit now has the intended 4x4 cargo space.

@Robert J.F. Calais it is definitely another mod over writing my changes; I have seen the issue before. To verify you could load only this mod then check the size and see its good, then add the other mods back slowly until you find the culprit. Did you try loading this mod last?

I'm not running anything that could possibly have any influence over the first aid kit after UsefulContainers; just Trader, TraderFixesAndFeatures and VPPAdminTools. I assumed that InventoryPlusPlus might have caused this, but it doesn't alter any of the containers this mod changes and it loads beforehand aswell. I can't figure out the problem here.

For some reason, the FirstAidKit still has its vanilla 3x3 capacity. Everything else works perfectly fine.

@Katenn I tried it at one point, but there were just too many conflicts with other mods so I've left it alone. @Rook_IE you will need to override my mod's scripts to do that...which if you know how to do that it'd probably just be best to build this mod on your own and custom tailor it.

The mod can restrict other storage and default items from being stored into listed storage containers, but when I try and restrict a added "mod" item like ammo from being stored in a medic kit, i get errors started the server. Any idea what file or info i need to add so "useful containers" mod can find other modded items.

I'm going to roll back the update from a moment ago. I take storage very, very seriously since it is the life blood of DayZ and I don't want an army of server admins having roll back their persistence over something I couldn't test for. I'll investigate the issue and push another update later today.

@Novadose might be true. There were server crashes related to people stacking containers inside each others in 1.0

now i have classified Containers!
Medicine in FiirstAidKit
Ammunition, Ammoboxes and Magazines in the AmmoContainer
And Food what can be cooked in the Cooking Pot only!

@Nica thats simply not true. I have tested in a dev environment with so many nested containers that its not feasible that anyone would ever have that many containers. (And if they did then they are duped or hacked in.) But, regardless, use it or don't the choice is your's :)

The point is crashing servers. Too many containers stacked within each others will crash your server. Be aware

Yes @henry you can stack them together infinitely, but to what end? You can store 1 row of 1x1 stuff in a container before you have to put in the nested container. Whats the point? You would need to stack 4 containers into each other before you broke even on inventory space used. Additionally you cant stack similar cases, so you cant for instance nest first aid kits infinitely you have to alternate. Agreed @CJ187 💙 Berlin I'm working on getting that working now.

yes, we need setup containers with classes.
Example:
Ammobox only can carry amunition and Magazines
FirstAidKit only can carry medicine
CookingPot only can carry Food

That is what i need!

This was removed from the game because you could infinitely stack containers in one another. It was pretty broken.
