Yeah, that's kinda hard to figure out. By right the devs should be doing that. Even the helicopters don't have spotlights.

yeah, a mini GTA was the plan but it stops working after adding a few missions...so it was not successful. Night map? it is possible but i'm currently working on World in Conflict mod

Change the version just like the other mods. It will work because this is just a map with vanilla assets. You can even put it to your main game directory and will still work. Updating it is alot of work.

marck97 Can you see the cutscene camera as seen on the video? If so, do you mean that the speech text is the one affected by this?

If the answer is yes: It would mean there's an error about the localization folder -- either it's a directory problem on the map side (referral error) or the absence of content in the folder (localization file fragmentation). As for any other reason, I would not know, as I'm pretty new to how CTA deals with text browsers. All I know that localization is the source file for text for a map and that's about it.
