can you make this glaive available for all starting option, like we need kill the boss and its drop it or better make it through crafting. so all my soldier can enjoy using it hehehe.

No. Its character exclusive unless stolen or given to other npcs

Changed it from 25kg to 10kg due to your character not efficiently being able to wield it on the get go.

one minor gripe though...the glaive is supposed to be heavy like 30 kg heavy
