OcTaker: You need serverperksV6.
Once you get it, inside serverperks.ini put CustomCharacters=Faith.
Then SOLO or HOST the game (or Dedicated server) + Add serverperk mut and faith mut.
Press play and then select her in your server. Anyone who joins you will see the character.

You also need to open ports if you want other people to join. Or you can disable nat in kf.ini (Not sure how disable nat works exactly. Never tried it, but I read that people got it working without openning ports)
