this feature should have been added to all ideologies by default, its super overpowered for the democratic nations, since all they need to do is ally china before japan capitulates them tio get unlimited manpower

Well the Warsaw uprising was a bit of a clusterfuck of a situation generally, but you aren't wrong, still many nations that wouldn't fall into HOI4's democracies had Governments In Exile. As there were many Poles who fought for the Soviets as well as against them, due to the split up nature of it at the time, so I think it could be fun that you could use other Nationality's as their own little armies under your command.

well, the soviet backed "Polish government" had the former officers of the Polish Army killed off bu the NKVD. So it's not like its the same government, moreso their puppet.

Good, it didn't make sense how even though the Soviets had a Polish government in exile, and the Nazis had a French and Italy government in Exile, it only applies to Democracies for some reason
