I would use it if the 4 thing was gone the only deals gamage to targets marked for death im mean with all that come on at least give pyro a speed boost while haveing it equiped

25% less damage

This flamethrower is not OP, looking over the stats it'd just be a general pain in the ass to use. I mean if it was as simple as -25% damange but +15% afterburn, it'd be a bit simpler.
