Its highly OP so I'd atleast make Remove the Marked for Death, For it to be balnced, with No Random Crits, Its Powerful enough with the SPy Shit.

Looks good, but it's extremely OP. I'd suggest at least 50 % damage redux, and take away the random disguise forcing.
