Smithy The Blacksmith, In TF2 you can put cosmetics on the right shoulder, and on the left too.
The equip region for the "Aim Assistant" - "right_shoulder", "Tiny Supplier" on the "left_shoulder".

why.

we JUST got a tiny turret shoulder pet, and you put the dispenser in the same spot the turret needs to stand, and it probably takes up the same equip slot

why couldnt you put it elsewhere so we could have both pets at the same time
