I know... its an bit Difficult as Police. But it is possible to win just be fast with the placing of ur troops at the beginn. try to figure out which Formations works fine. i Won this with police with 1 unit in line formation per Flank, one in def formation in mid of these lines ... and one backup(these with the rifle) in mid of the circle.... and its important, that u stay in the circle with most of ur units. i gonna upload an screenshot of this
