And many players seem to not realize that mods very often conflict with each other (are incompatible), preventing one or even several mods from working as intended. I've seen many mod authors remind players to try their mod by itself - without any other mods installed - to see if their problem still persists.

Are you able to send any logs?
The mod at the top of your mods list is loaded first.
The mod at the bottom is loaded last.
any mod above will be overwritten by the mod below it, if they both write to the same file/block/etc.
so if you put this above AQD then AQD will overwite it if it changes the reflector blocks or lighting blocks.
I have this at the bottom not the top, and it works fine.
I have been using urs for a couple years would love an update so it works again!!!!
