hmm, I am planning to reuploading EVERY asset (with assets of lower file size so the entire thing is less to download) so hopefully that solves it. Of course that will be the last thing to do so don't expect it right now but do keep your eyes open for when it happens.

Sorry it happens to you, I have no idea what might be the cause for the failed load.

Tthere is a huge unmissable ''beta'' sign down below in the game. This is not released and is only even visible because people messaged me about it to have it be visible. I can add to anyone else missing the big ''beta'' sign that you will not be able to play on your own as the rulebook and the game is not done.

Utter piece of shit. Zero balance, everchanging and unclear rules with no possibility of understanding them without direct line of communications to author of the mod and visually overloaded map. Original PoG with a few homerools is better in most regards, so PoG:SE is just a waste of time.

@amstg okay well it won't affect gameplay. There must be a barbedwire model somewhere hidden. But you can just ignore it for now. I will see if I can find it and remove it meanwhile.

@jjipunk oh, and the game always says it'simpossible to load a specific model. I think the model is missing by the maker. typical 'Failed to load model(obj)' bug.

Could you please check the model is mssing or not, if possible?

It is going good! A lot of stuff got done.
Everything in the game (map, cards, etc.) is close to done.
Rulebook has also come a long way. Played some test games and I am very happy with it.
So just have to overhaul the markers and finish the rulebook.

The current version on TTS shows what's done so far.

Not for now. I got sick for about a whole month, missing my release window. Currently I have final exams until the end of may. So it will be after. I have had such bad luck with my planned windows for release that I don't really dare giving an answer. Love everything you all have done with this! I'm wondering when we will get the full detail update sheet that goes over the changes you all have made with the new version/errata. I see there has been some updates but its hard to tell for certain the differences that have been made. Separately, do you think a grid will be introduced similar to prior versions that helped the tokens lock onto the board?

Hi Nirvana! yes the Naval system is being reworked. There was a beta update sometime ago that only had updates on the map while a lot of other stuff wasn't updated (as it was mostly for internal testing but I missed that if I update the mod then it people will see it in their list a new) so there can be discrepancies galore in the version of the beta is up.

But I am very excited for the naval system in the upcoming version. It makes the naval phase in someways more streamlined while adding strategic depth to it.

The rules reference 2X spaces etc while on the map it is +1,+2 in red or black.

We are a group who plays but we are a bit scattered. People playing in different timezones in different countries. Together with the next big version I hope to get a discord together or some sort of way for players to get in touch. And of course where I am up for anyone to teach this.

That part is paused for now until the new version is complete. After release this year I'll send you a message to get some play in if you'd like!

It is! I hoped to release it during my vacation as that as my ''window'' but had to post-pone it. But I am chipping away and mostly it is just me and the map creator (oli) working on getting the new map done and solving some technical problems.

Besides being an outlet for events, the Naval War is bit of a triangle in nature:
- Fleets beats OPS cards
- Admiral cards beats Fleets
- OPS cards can pressure the other to use fleets or their admiral card,
where you can then counter with your own admiral card.

Of coures! Yes, naval rules will be completely explained next patch and the fleets will have their own cards.

Commiting is simply that instead of playing a card you 'commit' your fleet. This is only possible if U-Boats is on a Red X space (for AP) ora Black space (for CP). There is never a point where both players can commit a fleet at the same time.

A fleet always wins (except vs. the AP's Admiralty card and CP's Admiralstab cards) vs cards of any OPS value.

After commitment a Fleet may have to be reduced (the marker on the naval track).
- AP always have to reduce it if Blockade has been evented, this effect is cancelled once USA joins the war (and the US navy gets involved).
- CP always have to reduce it if Combined War Status is above 35 (sailors revolt). This effect is cancelled if CP succesfully performs Jutland (see the admiralstab card).

@coralsnek yes. For all practical purposes the BEFc is now the 'Maude' Corps.
So the BEFc is removed and the extra BRc from one of the BR Reinforcements are now in the starting RB instead.

What remains is finding errata/proofreading and finishing the documents - (note: 2.0 will be released as its own steam file for you who want to keep playing your planned 2.0 session)
