If you want always, yes, you can repack, with mention of the creator somewhere.
Joarius, would it be possible for you to add a 5.45x39mm ammo crate to the mod? And if you'd drop me a link to someplace I can donate to you for your work, I'd gladly do so.
If you're open to requests for stuff getting added to this mod, I'd have quite some ideas - and money - to spare.
Also, this came to my head as I was finishing typing: craft improvised explosives from any of the protector case reskins in your mod will (obviously) always produce the standard yellow one. I would love to see improvised explosives reskins based on the protector cases of your mod that would be the default outcome when crafting them using one of your protector cases.

I don't know why it doesn't work on your server, and my capacities in DayZ modding are not suffisant in order to solve this problem... :\
For other stuff, actually i didn't verify. I will try to verify after, but i don't know when.

Normally, these problem had been corrected yet.
Actually, they appear with old model.
The corrections will be certainly long, because some of armbands have not the similar picture on flag. So i will have to do new flags, in order to correct these "particular" armbands.
So i will do these corrections in 2 steps : first correction of armbands havins same picture than flags. Second corrections : creation of new flags, in order to make appear others armbands correctly.
So, if you already have a texture for a flag, you can just link to that instead of the old armband texture.
