if theyre a black/yellow grid square that ususaly means your wallpaper engine is either broken or out of date. check if you have an update available or try using steams verify game files

how so ? its only built to fit 1920x1080 if you have a different aspect ratio and set it to stretch it might distort, otherwise it shouldnt be.

Pron is allowed because we buy it and we download it and we make steam richer :) BUT real life people is a different thing. Animated/drawn/cartoonish pron is good. Devs don't want it, but they are our servitors. We pay and we do what we want. They must remember their place.

Its allowed as long as its within the rules set by the Developer and the workshop. In wallpaper engines case animated and CGI nudity is allowed. Real people nudity and "performing sexual acts" are not. So in this particular wallpapers case its just animated nudity, shes kinda just sitting there.

No i mean about the nsfw part, i know its a seperat app,but does steam care about nsfw we backgrounds?

is what illegal to use, an artists art? It would be illegal for me to sell it probably, but i dont sell anything, i just make animations for free because they're fun. I guess editing art without the artists permission is still immoral but i see it as unsolicited advertising for their content. Id be more then happy to take down any animations that use art from an artist who doesnt want their stuff edited but im probably not going to go out of my way to contact every random artist whos art i stumble upon.
