Same as Headhunter, no scouts. No other mods activated/subscribed.

They are meant to be powerfull early game, and they become less and less powerfull as time goes by (as they don't have helmet, and less accessories)
I've slightly nerfed the cost ;p

Great mod ^_^ I think that scouts are too powerful of a unit for its cost, except mages. Seems like you missed them, they use phoenix production cost formula :D
