I cant smooth them , then they turn out very weird. I have to take whats available if people don't like the models it's thier own problem

I'm certain he speaks of the fact the models aren't smooth. Like you can see the faces in the model. (the really flat cubes/rectangles that make the model. They're most visible in the interior.)
