Very difficult way =D. Open folder Games (bottom of the list of the folders), then Garrys mod, find here props_phx folder, press + near this folder and choose the misc folder. Other folders rather cool too.

Map gm_construct. Launch it empety, without buildings. Open menu (esc), select Saves, Find my save, and press, load. (I dont know if it works)

No, it is save. Dupes are on the blue background, saves are with photos and have a save sign in the left of the photo (left bottom).
