The two small grid fan/vents on the exterior were removed because they were banging around and I couldn't understand why, the rotor offset was set to max. I also added a ladder in one of the rooms for a bunk bed. A wind turbine was also added to the tall tower.

It's remote controlled. Go to the control panel and find "Control Seat 1" or "2" depending on which one it says, and click the control button.
