As I understand it, mods need to implement special support for EU4 conversion and I haven't done so yet. Maybe I will in the future, but I don't really play EU4...

It's a new event that can fire specifically for Belgian-cultured provinces with Belgian-cultured rulers. It might make sense to change it to use the vanilla event with a decrease in MTTH for Belgian culture instead though.

Is it possible in more detail about the increase in the chance of events to increase holdings? Are these new events or is it an increase in the chance of proc vanilla events with a third prosperity?
