Although on that note, I think keeping Rep sepparate from the Afterbirth + version is a wise idea. Some items that come with this mod are tackled by Rep but not Afterbirth +, so in a way, it's the only way for these items to exist in Afterbirth +
On Repentance work fine. An item that spawns a half blue heart a little imbalance, I would cut the heart drop chance by half. Also got an bug in a room with a bunch of chests, the character began to emit these hearts from himself endlessly and at the speed of a machine gun. There were so many hearts that I could not leave the room.

Think this would help?
Perhaps now that Repentance is out?
as for the stitch, thats the purpose. it sucks up damage until you recieve it all at once
Also, even though spinnygun is like my favorite item, I feel the "reload" mechanic is a bit RNG broke. You only get a small burst at times, and the reload isn't consistent, it seems to be RNG. Like I was in a 2x2 room and in the center were pooters and super pooters, I wated for the *clink clank* to go away and then charged across the room, holding the down arrow key firing and only got off five or so tears before *clink clank* popped up. But that is me being nit picky, the item is fun as hell with the right build
Ik, I was just saying, Sprinkler + Spinny Gun + Arist = lag 4 days and OP AF. What doesn't make sense is that the way you attain spiders or flies in the base game is usually through items, pills or trinkets, and at that you need a broke AF run to get the amount of spiders or flies that can come out of the new "enemies". Like seriously, shot one spider sack or whatever and instantly got like 30 spiders, to me that just doesn't make sense when it comes to balance and item effects, just feels like you can get BBF and be set for the rest of the game by destroying the sacks and have endless flies or spiders. And the fact familiar target them makes it hard to avoid, which also doesn't make sense. To me, they should be obsticles not enemies, that way it is a lot easier to avoid if you don't want to have an army of spiders in caves 1, but is an option for the people who want them.
@*Crimson-Y Wouldnt know why it does that, but sounds mo elike steam doing weird stuff.
@Vladimir4757 Im sad you do not like them, what about them makes no sense? I am glad you like the items! Sprinkler is not from my mod though, that is base game.
the only thing in the first folder is only an extra metadata file with the exact same lines as the second folder.
I'm asking cause I'm looking for a way to reduce my folder amounts as more folders = more lag
@elya draganesti thank you for the feed back i may remove/change some

I put it all in their code list, if you get both mods EID and EID collab you can follow the instructions and have the description show up.
I'm a huge fan of risk vs reward. But considering different room layouts (especially large rooms) this seems like too much of a show stopper to be worth the risk.
