better if it is a passive that lasts for the whole night time for khajit.
they only have claws which doesn't do anything since they will most likely only hold weapons, making them pretty useless, having basically no aid of other type of active effects when starting off.

and its just dumb that when the night vision of the vamp is over time you can just turn it on again tight away

vamps are creatures of the night, they should be able to see just fine in the dark

I prefer to have the Night Eye power to be usable more than once a day. Yeah, it's useful when you go in dark caves and dungeons but when you go outside at during the day, it makes things too bright and you cannot disable it until the power duration ends.

Agreeable. They should be able to see within the dark :)
