Can you at least scale it to a 4x4? These MB-C1 HA_A1 HA_C1 models are the cause for concerns. The other models spawn as their correct floor plan. The models that cause issue basically when spawned, the outer portions of both sides will merge onto other building close by.

It may be a lot of trouble to make it in the prescribed size, so my building is closer to the real proportion.

Please fix the dimension. It is overflowing into other apartments. It breaking the immersion for me.

Although it is a 3x4 But the floor plan is more of 3x6 instead.
