I looked into your backpack when you posted your first comment, so I already knew you had it (not unusual for people who think this item's unnecessary). The idea of submitting items like this is to give variety to the players' cosmetic choices. Not liking it is one thing but thinking you've one-upped me by boasting how you wouldn't want/don't need this item is another. So please, refrain yourself from thinking you've accomplished something from this.
