You load this like you would any other mod. Try setting it to the top, or bottom of the list and reload the world. If the suits don't appear in the medbay, then it might be another problem, such as a conflict.

How do I load the mod into a world?
I have it in my modlist, but theyre not showing up...

They can only be used in a world with this mod active, and you can't really use them with the special skin parts from Keen.
