i always think that powers are fucking useless unless u are argonian or orc. and you did the exact mod i wanted. no stupid powers but strong passive effects. loved imperials(faster leveling) and red guards(faster running) so far. thank u

Spell absorb feature, not bug. The official behaviour is intentional. Also, this mod does not change spell absorb compared to vanilla.

If you play a breton with this you are going to need the spell absorb bug patch.

Good work, exactly what I'm looking for in a race mod. Passive effects work better for racial mechanics, inherent traits that you don't need to activate.

The desert isn't on fire, and fire resistance for redguards is lore unfriendly.

Redguards should probably have some form of minor fire resistance, as they come from the desert.

I don't know what you're talking about. Bretons don't have magic regen, don't care about robes, and bretons have never had a slow in any TES game.

Love all of them but the breton is alittle too op i mean your lvl one and if your waring a set of robes and cast a apprintice spell your magic regens too full faster then hell even in a fight it dose not have a slow like the vinella

Interesting thoughts with not much direct change to the gameplay, I like it better than the other race change mod to be honest (not that impervious was bad, I just felt it did a little too heavy on the change, which may be fine for some people but eh.. thanks for the minimal changes)

So either the imperial soldiers are higher level than the stormcloak soldiers (and can just calm them and slit their throat) or they are lower level (and the nords can just fear them and shoot them in the back)?

The world has magic and dragons. Average imperials do not have access to the ability to calm and murder anyone who's weaker than them. The world would look very different if they could.

That's a strawman, and a non argument. I am commenting on the setting, but if you want to dig into game mechanics we can. Yes they do. There is a civil war because the Voice of the Emperor should only scale to the level of the user which would make it nearly useless to random peasants against actual danger. Also it lasts a very short while. It does not brainwash people, or change their minds. It imposes a forced temporary calm preventing them (again temporarily) from attacking the user. It is an innate magic of the Illusion school.
Notice that...magic abilty...setting=tons of magic=high fantasy=obvious.
