Yer got that , i hardly play victory points i only usually play annialtion against AI ,
(new to the game) i guess coming from a C&C back ground .

But this map was one of the best maps i have played and its a keeper .

To JohnBoy.Well is not exactly as you say it.Most of the maps in workshop (all or almost all my maps-i say almost in case i forget some) fuel and victory points that is the most important points in the game to win and build army,are always as far as they can be in a map in left and right sides of the map.But what AI does is that always follow the shortest direction to enemy base.Of course you will find troops and vehicles to edges of a map but the 80% to 90% of the army follow the shortest direction (you never will see 10 tanks in a point that is on the left or right edge of a map) ,so thats why you win always when you have the center.Cause enemy always go through center and that is how relic program AI to behave.

Of course another reason the you win keeping the center is that from center you can easily go to right or left side if need it.Play a game in big map (in small maps doesnt apply what i wrote cause are small) and keep left or right side and tell me if you win,or at least will be too difficult to win.Also on march 2017 relic change the behave of AI and now game is more easier than was before.Expert is in better case hard as it was before the update.

Nice map , good to see some difference in terrain levals . The only gripe i have with COH2
is that if you control the center you will win the game .
I dont know how to use the world builder but imo mappers should try to not make the center the stronghold , maybe strengthen the side positions and draw attention away from the center thereby
drawing out the gameplay and creating new stratergies .

Im a chess player , the secret to chess is control the center , you control that you really cant lose as you've strengthened your postion 3x the opponent .
Pretty much the same with most COH2 maps , unfortunately .You can build a big flanking force to retake the center , but there again it revolves around the center .

So it'd be good to see mappers evolving the gameplay by map design . Another thing the world builder seems very complicated , have some great ideas for mapping but the world builder
