下载了说没下的问题其实在上面的热门讨论里已经给出了解决办法
这里我把它贴出来：

1.退订所有模组

2.卸载《杀戮尖塔》

3.打开Steam缓存文件夹：Steam > steam > cached

4.删除缓存文件夹内所有内容

5.重新安装游戏

6.单独订阅Mod the Spire模组

7.启动游戏并确认模组管理器窗口正常显示

8.重新订阅其他模组
