Hold "C", right click the truck, & select the skin from the "Skin" menu, or use the Easy Bodygroup Tool.

Sure, I believe in anyone using my skins for anything, really. Must admit though, have no idea what you'd use them for in your videos, if you're going to use them in such at least. Well, I guess I'll find out eventually won't I?
