You don't need to remove the mod. Just enter sv_consistency 0 at your L4D2 launch options.
Or
Go to Steam's Library tab, rightclick L4D2 ---> Properties ---> General tab ---> Set Launch Options ---> Enter sv_consistency 0 and press OK.
